Blended online course PLUS in person skills American Heart Association (2020 Guidelines) BLS/CPR with AED for Healthcare Provider (Infant, Child, Adult) - Initial or Renewal Approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours for the online presentation (Online Course - HeartCode BLS) from American Heart Association $34 http://www.onlineaha.org . This online presentation must be completed and the certificate of completion brought to the skills check appointment (approximately 1 hour $80 paid to Adams Safety Training)
  • 2. Pediatric (infant, child, adult) CPR with AED & First Aid Training Approximately 4 hours
  • 3. EMSA Licensed Childcare Pediatric (infant,child,adult) CPR & First Aid 8 hours to meet State requirements EMSA Approved
  • 4. EMSA Preventive Health Practices -Health & Safety, for Licensed Childcare Provider (includes 2016 Childcare Nutrition and 2020 Lead Poisoning Prevention Update)- 8 hour class
  • 5. First Aid Training (Infant,Child & Adult) - 2 to 3 hours training
  • 6. Adult CPR with AED & First Aid Training (basic OSHA) approximately 4 hours
  • 7. American Heart Association (2020 Guidelines) BLS/CPR with AED for Healthcare provider (Infant, Child, Adult) Initial or Renewal Training $80- approximately 3 hours. All students must have a current (2020 published date) AHA BLS student book in the class. If you have the student book, bring it to class with you or be prepared to buy a new book-$20
  • 8. CPR (infant, child, adult) with AED Training - 2 to 3 hours training for general public -Non Healthcare level
  • 9. Pet (Dog and Cat) CPR, Choking and First Aid (3 to 4 hour course) to help care for our pet in an emergency
  • 10. Child and Babysitting Safety (3 to 4 hour class) intended for kids 12 - 16 years old that want to Baby Sit for $60, (classes may cancel due to low enrollment)

Course Registration Confirmation

You should receive an email reminder 3 days before and again 1 day before your scheduled training class.

We teach many different classes please make sure you have registered for the correct class – if you are not sure, call us we will be glad to help you. We look forward to serving your training needs and making this an enjoyable experience.

All material will be provided as part of your class for all non–healthcare classes no need to purchase any other books or materials.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to finish the registration process. If you are late you may have to reschedule as we try to start on time. Pleas wear loose fitting clothes as you may be required to practice your new skills on the floor. Please remove all lipstick, and gum prior to the class. If you have a disability or special needs, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs please let us know how we can help you!

Please feel free to bring snacks and drinks to the class, There is a microwave and refrigerator available for your use.

If you prepaid, which is recommended, bring your paid receipt with you in the class it will speed up the registration process – at the class. The only form of payment that can be accepted is CASH – no personal checks or processing credit cards at the class.

American Heart Association Students! (ONLY) If you have registered for an American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider class (ONLY) review your student manual prior to the class. Make sure to bring your 2015 American Heart Association Student Manual to class or be prepared to buy a new AHA BLS student manual for $15 – all students must have an AHA BLS student manual. As space is limited it is best to register and prepaid to guarantee your place in this class. All American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Providers certification cards are printed and issued after successful completion of the class – at the class. Please review this AHA BLS Study Guide prior to the class it will greatly help you during the training class (American Heart Association BLS2015 study Guide)

Starting in November of 2018 the American Heart Association is going to e-cards (no more paper cards) and all students must have an email address so that they can access their e-card and print it if they wish.

REFUND POLICY:

Please choose your class carefully. We do not issue refunds after the class has been booked and paid for.

Make sure you choose the correct training for your employment needs.

Licensed Childcare Providers are required to have an 8-hour EMSA Approved training. this includes Childcare / Daycare Centers, Infant Care Centers, Preschools, In-Home Daycares. (no quicker renewal option)

Medical Providers or anyone who works in a hospital and sees patients are required to have an American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Training. this includes Doctors, Nurses, EMTs and Dental Professionals, among others.

Full refunds will be given if a class is canceled or if the class date or time is changed by Adams Safety Training and you wish to cancel the training.

CANCEL/RESCHEDULING POLICY:

You may reschedule your training up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the training using the link on your confirmation email. If rescheduling more than once, a $10 service charge will be issued. Rescheduling must occur more than 24 hours before your scheduled class date and time.

If you cancel, reschedule or NO SHOW your class for any reason with less than a 24-hour notice, your payment will be forfeited. Your payment cannot be used for any future classes. 

First time No Show: We will offer you a discount code for 50% off to book a new training. this discount is only offered with the first time no show.

NO SHOW is defined as not attending or canceling your training for any reason less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled training.

Please note:

Arriving more than 5 minutes late or signing up for the wrong training will be considered a NO SHOW.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the training to allow time for parking, registration and to get settled.

When you register for a training course, you are paying for a seat in that training. Not for the training itself. Your payment does not guarantee you to receive certification or to pass the training.

Our classes are often fully booked with a waitlist, we may give your seat away if you have not arrived by 5 minutes after the start time of the training.

If we can fill your seat, we will reschedule your training at no additional cost to you. If we are unable to fill your seat, your payment will be forfeited and cannot be used for any future classes.

If you do not receive your confirmation email after you have registered for training, or if you are at all unsure if you registered for the correct training.
