Easy Reschedule and Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY:

Please choose your class carefully. We do not issue refunds after the class has been booked and paid for.

Make sure you choose the correct training for your employment needs.

Licensed Childcare Providers are required to have an 8-hour EMSA Approved training. this includes Childcare / Daycare Centers, Infant Care Centers, Preschools, In-Home Daycares. (no quicker renewal option)

Medical Providers or anyone who works in a hospital and sees patients are required to have an American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) Training. this includes Doctors, Nurses, EMT’s and Dental Professionals, among others.

Full refunds will be given if a class is canceled or if the class date or time is changed by Adams Safety Training and you wish to cancel the training.

CANCEL/RESCHEDULING POLICY

You may reschedule your training up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the training using the link on your confirmation email. If rescheduling more than once, a $10 service charge will be issued. Rescheduling must occur more than 24 hours before your scheduled class date and time.

If you cancel, reschedule or NO SHOW your class for any reason with less than a 24-hour notice, your payment will be forfeited. Your payment cannot be used for any future classes. 

First time “NO Show” we will offer you a discount code for 50% off to book a new training. this discount is only offered with the first time no show.

NO SHOW is defined as not attending or canceling your training for any reason less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled training.

Please note, arriving late more than 5 minutes or signing up for the wrong training will be considered a NO SHOW.

Signing up for the wrong training will also count as a No Show.

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the training to allow time for parking, registration and to get settled.

When you register for a training, you are paying for a seat in that training. Not for the training itself. Your payment does not guarantee you to receive certification or to pass the training.

Our trainings are often fully booked with a waitlist, we may give your seat away if you have not arrived by 5 minutes after the start time of the training.

If we are able to fill your seat, we will reschedule your training at no additional cost to you. If we are unable to fill your seat, your payment will be forfeited and cannot be used for any future classes.

If you do not receive your confirmation email after you have registered for a training, or if you are at all unsure if you registered for the correct training.
