We Offer Online Blended Training

Don’t be fooled regardless of what you read on line- a total online training is not approved or meets the requirements of any Federal or State regulatory agency, American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Medic First Aid or American Health and Safety Institute. The only approved option is a blended training see below

By California State Statute EMSA students (licensed Childcare providers) must take in class training – online or blended training is not an option!

BLENDED LEARNING — ONLINE LESSONS WITH HANDS-ON SKILLS SESSIONS!

Students access online course materials from any computer at any time and complete their learning with an Instructor-led, in-class skills practice and evaluation.
Chances are you will need to fit classes into already hectic work and family schedules.
Blended learning is ideal for:

  • Students who want the convenience of learning online
  • Employers who want to minimize training time away from the employee’s work station

Students are offered convenience and flexibility, with the option to complete their training anytime, anywhere minimizing time off-the-job.

Since eLearning courses are blended, online and skills assessment.

How it Works:

Courses are delivered in two or three parts.

Part 1 delivers cognitive learning through Web-based, self-paced modules.
This online training program can be ordered from Adams Safety Training or directly from American Heart Association http://www.onlineaha.org
Once completed call Adams Safety Training 925-371-8435 to schedule a skills practice and skills checks.
Parts 2 and 3 require students to meet with an Adams safety Training – American Heart Association Instructor or Heartsaver / eSkills Evaluator to complete a hands-on skills practice session and, in some courses, a skills test.

After registering and completing the online elearning training the student will print their course completion certificate and present it to Adams Safety Training for the skills testing requirement.

Upon completion of their skills testing experience the student will receive their course completion card.
